Any examples of players that play this style on harp?

what's so hard about playing with that? It's just blues.

From memory, I'll offer that one possible answer to your question is Norton Buffalo with Roy Rogers and Johnny Woods with Mississippi Fred McDowell on the "Mama Says I'm Crazy" album.

The answer to Buddha is "nothing".

with the way most harp players play, you can use any hole and they will think it sounds great, especially if they are wear sun glass, a fedora and jumping up and down.

bluzadero gave an 'other artist' answer,
as to the Thread question "How do you play to this?"

Are you a beginner, stuck in a rut, or just branching out to a new genre? I only ask cause I don't want to insult you with a over- simplistic answer...

For 2nd position... Grab a G harp.
Catch that rhythm that he's doin' with his thumb?
Work off that for starters. play with in/out breaths on the 1-4 draw/blow holes.. try holding single draw notes and partial chords longer through some parts, throw in some bends, warbles, vibrato...

There's a little swing/ syncopation in the tune that's easy to feel. Try and accentuate that with your breathing pattern, working in those single notes and partials.

If that's too remedial an explanation for what you are asking or I missed your point altogether, I appologize.
If what I've suggested is beyond you, I would suggest you check out Adam's You Tube Tutorials or better yet, his instuctional materials for sale in "The Store".

If it's more of an Audio/Video example you were after, some of the other members will have to help you out there... as they mentioned, it's primary level stuff and it just takes some woodshedding to figure out what works for you...

Well, if you want to use more than one hole, just run the blues scale in third position on a C harmonica and you can cop these licks without much difficulty.

Now, what would be really useful is sunglasses with a heads-up display for song keys and lyrics.
