and I told him that he only had another 30 days to get his entry into HPC3. He told me what he'd like to do with his harp (sideways) and then slapped me round the gob.
It was then, that I woke up.

I'm pleased with your response jon. I'm worried that some of the forum members may be getting a bit pissed with my banners and constant reminders for HPC3 but it's the only way I can think of to keep the momentum going. Not long now everyone. I'll switch the banners off just as soon as I can and return to normality.

i think its great that you keep the enthusiasm (wow i spelled that right first try) going. keeps every thing alive and kicking. plus it motivates me to keep practicing when i start to slack off.

You aren't going to be testing for steroids are you? I bulked up quite a bit over the holidays. Maybe it wasn't the steroids.
