I hope this is not an inappropriate use of this forum, but my teacher Grant Dermody has lost his beloved wife Eileen to cancer. Eileen was a wonderful caring person who put up a good fight for quite some time. You'll see Grant listed under honorable mention in the good Dr' Gussow's list of harp players. If you ever get a chance to see Grant with Eric Bibb or by himself you should do it as he is amazing. Anyway, here in Washington you can go to any Chase bank to help with his bills from her cancer fight and memorial services by giving to the Grant and Eileen Dermody memorial fund or you are also welcome to give to the Marsha Rivkin Cancer center. Apologies if this is not appropriate, but I wanted to help Grant in some little way if possible. There is a mass today at 2:00 at St Therese's in Seattle...
