Brendan Powers wreaked my C harmonica for me so i could practice doing over blows, i still cant do them, now and again i hit one on the 6 blow.

I know that your tongue and mouth have to be in the same position as if you were doing a 8 hole blow blend, any other tips and tricks that you can share with me

There was a thread on the topic a few days ago, which will give you heaps of info. It has probably moved onto the second page. I think the thread title is '6 hole overblow'.

Lindy, you may also want to check out the forum archive. I think under 'Harp Technique' there are some older overblow threads.
