Ok I honestly looked. I used the forum search and the archives and I still can't find how to upload pictures/videos/sound files Will accept help graciously

Note - you cannot "upload" videos (or pictures or music) here as far as I know. You must have web storage space somewhere. What you CAN do is upload it to THERE (like Youtube, a good place to put your videos for free) and then add the HTML code to your post here to link us to that video. YouTube makes it easy - copy the code to the right of the video called "embed" - and paste it here.
