not the college holidays...the chromatic spring! Has anyone had this happen? I'm going to contact a music store about repairs before I do any talking to the manufacturer.

i have heard many good things about harp manufacturers standing behind their products and keeping customers happy. i would contact them and tell them the issue. they might just throw the spring in the mail to keep you satisfied.

I'm not sure how to deal with Suzuki...they have a number that i can't dial in Australia, and no email that I can see as of yet...
