Buddha, I know this is completely off topic but here goes. My neighbor has 3 Beagles. He keeps them inside for most of the night. He lets them out about 6:00am where they promptly start non stop barking until he brings them back in about 3 hours later. Then again for several hours in the evening. I have tried talking to him but he doesn't want"ANYBODY telling him how to raise HIS dogs." In short. he is an asshole. I have tried screaming at the dogs myself over the fence but this just spurs them on. I have called animal control, Nada. They just send him citations. As much as I would like to jump the fence with a 9 iron I know its not the dogs fault. These little b^stards dont just bark. All 3 of them go berserk. I keep thinking they will suffocate since they literally dont stop long enough to breathe. Do you think a freon horn or ultrasonic type device may work? I do love dogs but my sanity is wearing thin. I wouldnt mind the barking if it were every other 10 seconds but it is literally constant. Thanks for any suggestions.
