A most excellent Festival. First time I really got to perform for a room of harmonica players. It was so much fun. The band The Bull City Blues.that I got to play with were so good. So many great players all over the place.

Thanks! And I must say, the Iceman is the real deal - he can sure play, and very tastefully. Many of the guys told me that he was very helpful during the "Harmonica Hangout" teaching sessions. Thanks to all who attended and to our great sponsors!

KC69 - one of the more INTERESTING folks you'll ever meet in person!

Remember, only work on 1 or at the most 2 aspects of your playing during each 5 minute session. When that timer dings after 5 minutes, your homework is done and you can go outside and play with your friends.

I'm going to write a blues song about all the amazing harmonica fests/workshops that my expensive, time consuming farming habit gets in the way of.

We have quite an incredible community of harmonica aficionados! Way to support these events everyone!

I discovered a core group of Harmonica Fest/Workshop groupies at this one ....older guys with disposable income that just travel around and do them all! From Mississippi way up to Canada, stopping in Cleveland on the way...

A few of them will be stopping in here on the farm in Dunnville, Ontario come June! Can't wait. I have to bring folks to me and its not the same as attending when your organizing. Absolutely no complaints though.

We end up getting some pretty talented folks here too and the level gets better with each passing year as we all collectively progress.

Wish I could make Mississippi... One year
