Any Drummers In trying to learn more about times and signatures etc Ok called 2 step 2/4 --is that the same as 2 step And is it that the same as dbl time?
I hear the strong 1 2 I hear bass drum on 1--------- snare on 2 ------- hence 2 step?
Counting @ 1234 its 246 bpm Counting @ 12 -------- its 123 bpm Double time??
Trying to program this song for drums [bass later] in; ez drummer ---I came up with; a [ sign 2/4 name “swing chicaboom”] in went at 24 measure
in ez drummer in at 123bpm 2/4 ----one measure there is the bass 1 snare 2 bass 3 snare 4—@24 measures
I know when I shorten an audio file to ½ its length it comes out dbl time???
I don’t hear schuffle or swing -- sounds straight time to me
