I discovered Lala.com, and not by accident either-since any time you type in a song name on Google lately, a Lala player pops up and will stream that very tune in its entirety. Good marketing! So, I dug into it, and finally found the term for the controversial encryption used by Itunes and others-DRM. Google it, and you'll feel the grip of Big Brother. Well, Lala has DRM-free downloads. I needed some tunes I didn't already own for learning with my blues band, and it was a painless experience, and 89 cents each for most of them. Any other good, non-proprietary .mp3 sites you guys use?

I've been using skysongs.com. Seem to have a good choice, including some of the more obscure stuff.

I'm big with LALA.COM. I've been a member for a couple years now. The prices are fair and they seem to have a LOT of music and are adding all the time. Todd, look me up there, I'm JayMcC28 there as well...
