I bought a 4GB Intenso (East German, I think) Music Walker (USB mp3 player). The photo of it showed that it had a mic,so that's why I bought it. But damn me if there's any hint in the menu system of how to record an mp3! I reckon their software developers must have overlooked the mic completely!

Rather strange from a device made in East Germany. They had the habit to put mics everywhere...

No mention of a Mic or recording ability in the spec.

A paper version of the pdf came with the player. You can see the mic clearly in the photo!
