My fantasy harp:
The comb would be a super powerful, dead flat, magnet! The reedplates made of stainless steel. Then, when I want to clean it, I just pop out the coverplate screws, and pull the plates off! Better yet, have these super magnets inlayed in a wood comb so that I can still have the feel of the wood comb.

I have to say that the idea of plates held on by magnets inlaid in a wooden comb sound pretty good. I'm surprised nobody has mentioned it before (well at least to my knowledge they haven't).
Mind you having said that I can't imagine it would be cheap.
One thing that would be nice (although it would raise the costs enormously) would be reeds held on by screws. So that if they went bad you could just replace that one reed (similar to the idea they are reportedly putting in the B-Radical I suppose).
To be honest though I'd settle for a Marine Band 1896 (classic) put together with a sealed comb, screws and proper gapping. Oh wait! I have about 23 of those so I guess I'm already lucky! :-)

My fantasy harp? Well, it'd be nice if someone bought me a case of Buddha harps, hahaha.

Phogi- Magnets would be cool, right up until you got near a microphone.
Actually, the Hohner Puck is put together pretty slick, but the extruding plates are a little rough on the lips, and since they are part of what holds the cover on I'm not sure how much sanding you can do. I'd actually love to see a cover set made out of 1 piece, shaped like a C that you could slide the harp into from the end. It would be expensive, since have to cut all the holes through the plate and make sure they weren't sharp.
I suppose you could do it in plastic pretty cheap, but I'm not sure how strong that would be. Maybe one end could be blocked off to give it a little more rigidity. You could slide it out the other end. Maybe you could make it out of one of those metal resins.
(I've actually seen a chromatic, I think it was by a Swedish company, that has a cover that is made out of one piece. You take the insides out through the back. I don't remember where I saw it though. Fire engine red, if I remember right.)

Narcoran - Good point I hadn't thought about magnets and mics.
Zack - I think you Diggs should save your money. Then pool together and buy me a full set of Joe Spiers Stage 3 harps instead! :-)
