I know it's been mentioned in other threads, but I ordered a harp from Rockn' Ron's on Tuesday, it was at my house in Massachusetts on Thursday. I've had good luck with Coast2Coast too, but with that kind of service and free shipping, RR's seems like the place to do business.

How does Ron do it, he must have the fastest shipping dept in the business world, it must be packed and shipped as you order. Great way to run a mail order business.

With the items in stock and the flat rate shipping boxes, he can have stuff out the door in no time. Plus since he is so focused on harps, and how many orders can one guy get in a day, he probably doesn't have to mess with a lot of other products.

You can cram 4-5 harps into a small flat rate shipping box no problem. You can store the boxes at your place of business and just hand them to the mail man. Brilliant.

Ron is on top of it. I guess we also have to give the USPS kudos for their part too. A small flat rate box with delivery confirmation is only $4.85 and delivered in two days. What a deal. You have to buy the postage online to get the discount and the tracking but man that's a great service too.

Until I shopped on the Suzuki website for the Manji, I had never heard of Ron's, and they told me they'd be shipping and selling thru them and so far, no complaints from me and his prices are good and it's tough to beat no shipping charges.

I ordered a Solist Pro from Ron in Nov. Great prices, quick delivery, and very nice to deal with. When you come from Jersey it was a bit of fresh air.

I've bought several harps through Ron and been a customer for over a year. He is one of the most conscientious businessmen I've ever encountered. He does what he does because he personally handles the business whether having the website person do updates on stock or whatever. I remember emailing him one day to mention a problem with one of the links in the Suzuki section of his website. He emailed me back with a thank you and had the web person fix it before the end of the day. If only I had a car mechanic and a carpenter with his business acumen...
