Tookatooka asked why I didn't enter the HPC3. Well his thread asked us all actually but hey I'm using a little artistic license. Anyway I gave my reasons and he replied mentioning that he would like to hear me play. So I made this video for him today. I hope you like it Tookatooka.

I'd welcome any and all criticism anybody else has to offer.

The gear I used is a Shure 520 with 99A86 CM (made in USA), a Pignose 7-100 amp with no effects and a self customised Marine Band in A.
It was recorded through the built-in mic on my Macbook.

Kingley, I have one of those amps and it never sounds that good. You never cease to amaze me!

The only critism I have is that you live too far north from me for me to come and watch you play. Great tone, great phrasing and timing!!!

Enjoyed it Kingley, thanks! Was there some James Cotton in there?

Thanks for the kind words guys.

Oliver - It's just a mish-mash of all my influences really. So yes, James Cotton will be in there somewhere I suppose.

I'm honoured Kingley. Thank you very much, I enjoyed it. I had already been to your channel after your response to the original thread. You have some fine stuff on there.
