Could he be playing in front of a mirror? In addition to moving in opposite position to the tone movement, I also noticed that his "expression hand" is the opposite of most players I've seen.

Yes it's a mirror image, the wedding ring is also on the wrong hand. And Sherlock Holmes might add that the text on the B-rad was also mirrored.. ;)
