I have 75$ to spend on harp gear.

I have two microphones, I'm not in need of another.
I have a practice amp (cheap solid state one), but 75$ won't buy me a better one.
I have harps in G, A, Bb, C, D, Eb, E, and F; back ups in Bb, D, and C.

So, if you were in that situation, what would you buy?
I'm thinking about a pedal... but maybe harps in Ab and Db.

You seem to be in a position where you don't NEED anything at the moment (in terms of what you're practicing/doing)

so perhaps you should continue to save up for a b-rad or spiers.

I'd save a little bit more and then bid on eBay for an epiphone valve jr.

Spend it on Jack Daniels - call it 'inspiration'

I'm with MrV. I'd go with the JD, or maybe a decent single malt.

You could do worse than subscribe to Howard Levy for 3 months, AND you'd have $15 left for beer.

MAybe try a make of harp you haven't used before. If you've always used Hohner, try a Suzuki.

Save up another $25 and get a low (low) tuned Seydel Blues Favorite. I love my LLF.

For me it was a chance to try a low tuned harp, a aluminum comb, a Seydel, a half-valving (which I didn't like as much but I'm glad I tried), and a different cover shape (which I loved). I also got a custom wood comb which rocks, but Dave Payne has moved on to Harrison Harmonicas so my source for that has dried up.

Definitely get a low D and a low C--I don't have a LLF yet--but it's probably a good bet. . .

"whats wrong with subscribing to howard levy?"

Nothing. "You could do worse", not "you couldn't do worse".
