Hi, I'm currently studying for GCSE (the one before Abitur in England) und mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut! Could you help me with some harp specific technical (ish)language in German?
Words such as mic, amp, tubes, vintage, etc?
Any help at all would be really appreciated!!!

Of course:
mic = 'Mikrofon'
amp = 'Verstärker'
tubes = 'Röhren' and tube amp is 'Röhrenverstärker'
vintage = there is actually no such word as I know of... the best translation would be 'alt' as in old.

According to Google, the German word for 'everything' is 'alles'. They do have a different word for everything. :)

Jfllr- (correct me if I'm wrong everyone) I think you can use Skype without a webcam, as long as you have a microphone and speaker. You just won't be able to do video.
