A clarification, for those of you who are attending Hill Country Harmonica: On Friday night, May 21, Charlie Hilbert and I will be hosting the Hill Country jam at Rooster's Blues House on the Square in Oxford. It runs from 9 PM to 1 AM. We'll play the first set, take a break, play a few more tunes to open the second set, then start to bring people up.
It now appears fairly likely that one of the most famous bass players in R&B history will be playing with us on both Friday and Saturday night. I'll hold off news until he's confirmed, but this will be major news--and a thrill for me, I can assure you.

I just shoveled 2 ft of snow out of my driveway.....I'm ready for some Mississippi Sun !!.....looks like I'll have to buy some more sd cards for the video camera LOL ---------- Music is your own experience, your own thoughts, your wisdom. If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn. They teach you there's a boundary line to music. But, man, there's no boundary line to art. - Charlie Parker
