Since I read about Rockin' Ron's website on the MBH Forum,I thought that it would be appropriate to share a recent experience I had when buying harps from Ron.
Monday night Last week, I went online and ordered a Low 'D' harp and a High 'G' harp on Rockin' Ron's site. Both were Special 20's and obviously not standard keys - needed the 'G' for a charity event scheduled for Friday (nothing like waiting for the last minute to order). Anyway, Ron called me at the job on Tuesday to tell me that he did not receive the last four digits on my card. I told Ron that I did not have the card on me and would call him in the evening with the information. I then told him that I needed the harp for a show on Friday. Ron, a harp player himself, was sympathetic to my situation, so without hesitation, told me that he would ship the harps anyway.
The harps arrived Thursday! They played so well I didn't even need to tweak them.
RON, IF YOU ARE READING THIS, THANK YOU FOR YOUR TRUST AND THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING HARP PLAYERS WITH GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES!

I have nothing but great things to say about Rockin Rons . You never have to worry about an order. He will make it right even if it cost him. Now thats an incredible quality to have in this day and age. I know personally what the fish symbol logo refers to on his web site. He lives it through his actions.

Anyone have any experience with eezyreeder? (eezyreeder.com)
It looks like he carries a lot of brands and has some helpful articles up.

Guy's I have no experience of using Ron's as I'm in the UK and I have a great supplier already. I politely emailed Adam and suggested that because all I'd ever heard were positive comments he might consider adding Harmonica's Direct to the 'Harps for Sale Section' After a few emails between him and the owner, reciprocal links were added on the sites.
Since so many of you guys speak so highly of Rockin Ron's maybe a similar arrangement could be made. How about it Adam?

I've delt with both Ron and Eezyreeder. Ron is quick to answer any questions that you may have, ships quickly, and offers free shipping. EZ takes a bit longer to get back to you, and doesn't always offer free shipping. For my money Im going with Ron.

I've bought from eezyreeder via ebay (a C crossover I couldn't get at Ron's). No complaints, smooth and fast. But if he's got it in stock, Ron's my man and Harpist's story just reenforces that. Some companies get it - service is what brings people back, more than anything else, even price. Ron's got service in spades.

I wanted a Delta Frost in A. Coast to Coast was out of the A , so I placed my first order with Ron on Tuesday morning. I also sent an email asking about Seydel read plates. He called me Tueday afternoon explaining what plates he had available. We even chatted some about the Delta Frost.
Thursday afternoon my harp arived in Huntington, WV from California via regular post from my Tuesday morning order.
I am 100% satisfied and plan to do business again.

After Musicians Friend back-ordered my wife's birthday harmonicas for over 3 weeks I cancelled the order with them and went to Rockin Ron's based on testimonials from this forum. I ordered her harps on Saturday morning and received them that Monday.
Now that is excellent service.
