I dosn't have a link per se, but I have a book that I bought back in the early 70's by Jerry Coker (I think the name's right, but I'll get a better look for it later) that had a long list of 12 bar blues changes in a bok called "Improvising Jazz," and I think it also included some 8 bar and a few 16 bar changes as well, if memory serves me correct.
