After trying unsuccessfuly for 3 weeks to get a harp I wanted from a local music store. I gave th lady at the store my phone # with a request, three different times. I finaly went online and ordered 2 harps from Rockin Rons. His price was fair and others have spoken well about him on this and other forums. I had not submitted the order more than 5 minutes or so,this past Friday afternoon, when my phone rings. It was Ron himself. He called to thank me for my order and told me it would go out in the mail Sat. morning. He said that He liked to call first time customers to get to know them a bit. I am really impressed. Sat I received an email telling me that the packg. had shipped via USPS . I strongly recommend Rockin Rons for anyone. He carries a wide line of harps at reasonable prices and personal attention.

I'll second that. I ordered from Ron (online) on Friday at 4:00 pm. He called me 20 minutes later, first asking if it was ok if the harps did not come in the new blister packs (hey, I don't even know what to do with the boxes they come in), but second, he said, they'll ship out tonight.
1) The man knows how to make you feel comfortable
2) Prices are good
3) I second the notion of this being the best place to order from.

Ordered my 1st Manji on Wednesday night and had the harp on Saturday morning! He stashed a guitar pick in the mailer as well. I don't use a pick with guitar but my son-in-law was happy to have it. About the same price as Amazon/TheInstrumentStore on most of his prices but coming a few days faster is nice.

I've ordered twice from Ron's - the first time I didn't notice the picks and found them on the table amongst some papers a few days later. I had no idea where they came from, thought maybe my kid dug them out of an old box of guitar stuff. When my second order came and I saw the picks in the box it dawned at me where those mystery picks came from ...

Best service I've had is from Ron's, shipped out as quick as possible everytime and the order has been right everytime. What more can you ask for?!?!

Guy`s ,I live in atlantic Canada (east coast of Nova Scotia).I can order harps frm Rockin Ron & have them quicker than our local music store .So i`ll second the motion that Rons the man of the year So Keep up the good work Ron

I'm starting to get worried about Rockin' Ron.
It's not that I've ever had a bad experience (nothing but great experiences!), it's that the nature of internet forums (and, sorry, the nature of musicians as well) is someone HAS to come poop in the punch bowl. It's all too one-sided (to the good side) right now with Rockin' Ron. We're due.
I hope I'm wrong, and it doesn't happen -- it's great to have a merchant like Ron out there -- but I've seen it happen so many times before. So, if it comes (and I'm not hoping for it, believe me) be sure to weigh the dozens of good experiences more heavily than the 1-post newbie, or somebody with an agenda.
We now return you to regular programming.

I ordered an Ab, B, and Db harp on friday at 4:00 pm, they arrived in the mail today! No complaints here.

Just ordered a harp rack from Ron on Ebay 10 minutes later my phone rang,It was Rockin Ron he just wanted to thank me!! Is this guy real?

I just ordered a low D Special 20 and an Eb Manji two hours ago! Keep the mojo going! I wanted a low D and Ron didn't have a huge choice. Looked like it was between a Special 20 or a Marine Band. Ace of Harps said he would go with the Special 20 so that's what I ordered. Can't wait.
