I've been listening to a lot of Freddy King lately.
I would have to put him in my top ten list of all time greatest blues artists.
The other day I was experimenting with "Big Legged Woman".
I strapped on a harp rack and played the opening main riff on guitar and doubled it on the harp.
Sounds awesome!
I've heard the song done a lot, but never with a harp.
I would like to call out this song at the next public jam session I go to, but I'm afraid it might end up being a train wreck...

Don't worry, it probably will be a train wreck, but it won't kill you. In fact, it probably won't even hurt.

All kidding aside, I think you should try it. It may not work well the first time, but it'll get better as you work through it. Who knows, maybe the people you jam with will actually know the tune?

I'm talking about jams where I don't know anybody.
As soon as I get back together with my friends, I'm definitely going to do it.

I know exactly what you meant. I think you ought to try it. I try new stuff at jams all the time. It's not going to hurt. Worst case, it's a train wreck. It's a jam.
