Here is a video clip of the late Phil Wiggins playing during a class at Hill Country Harmonica in 2012.

I didn't realize that Phil had passed (May 7th, of cancer) till I saw this post. A truly talented ambassador of the harmonica and Piedmont blues. RIP

I met him at Hill country. I was super impressed with him. Great player and genuinely humble. I was bummed when I heard. He's one the guys I use as an example of ' great player, great person.

Just adding my respect and sadness. A gentleman, gone way too soon.

I met him at Augusta Blues Week in 2006 (and got to hear him play with John Cephas) and again a few years ago here in Wyoming (a pretty rare event).
