I've tried a variety of harmonica holders and I have not liked any of them. I recently posted a question about Harmonica holders on this site. I wanted to post about which ones I ended buying.
I recently bought two holders that I love and are my favorites. They are both designed by Farmer.

They are the SideNote and the Gecko. Here's what I love most about about them both....
1. The angle/tile of the harmonica can be easily adjusted. 2. They hold the harmonica firmly with a very strong magnet that allow super easy change outs with one hand (this would not work with some harmonicas with plastic cases unless you add a stick on magnet to the case) 3. They are very comfortable and VERY well made.
I love both models. For me, I play pretty hard on the harp so I like the Gecko better because it holds the harp very securely and has basically unlimited adjustability. I bet many folks who don't play as hard as me would probably love the SideNote because it is very comfortable, unobtrusive and less expensive ($49).
Also, once you get the Gecko adjusted to a perfect fit, it automatically goes back to that exact adjustment in the future. It easily folds downs when you're not using or take it off but easily flips back up to your exact adjustment.
I know the Gecko is more expensive (89$) than many other holders but for me it is WAY WORTH it!!!
P.S. I have no financial ties to this company but I just love their products and they have great customer service.
