Electro-Harmonix Polyphonic Octave Generator.
This is neither the Micro POG nor the Nano POG (nor the newer POG2 which I just noticed). It is big (which also means lots of sonic options). I got this to experiment -- never played out; excellent condition (original box); EH wall wart.
I see these are listed for $300+ on Reverb (used). I will sell to harp forum folks for $175 which will include shipping to USA contiguous.
You should be able to see details on the web, but I'll give it a try:
Sliders for dry output, sub octave, +1 octave, +1 detuned, +2, +2 detuned, and LP filter. Also 3 selectable filter modes and footswitch.
