I own a Suzuki Pipe Humming but to be honest I rarely play it.
I've always been curious about them and when I found one at a decent price, I decided to go for it.
Much of the hype surrounding it comes from the idea that you can produce great wah and tremolo effects. It is okay in that regard but not necessarily any better than any regular harmonica.
Moreover, you will have to adapt your cupping technique and, at least for myself, was certainly not intuitively ergonomic.
Worse still, if the timing of your cupping technique is not spot on, you may well hear 'ghost' notes as air tries to escape through holes you're not playing.
It's also not the most convenient harmonica to carry in your pocket...
Overall the harmonica itself plays well and has a nice tone but I would only recommend it for the novelty factor.
