I came across this great primer on Hand Techniques for Amplified Harmonica by Ryan Hartt. I've seen the general principles described elsewhere, and heard individual effects, but not a compendium like this.
Oh yes, very nice compendium too. Thanks for posting this. Just as Ronnie says, you normally hear multiple effects combined and decoding them can be a trick. Good to have them broken down to elements.
