Yes Adam has shown steady resistance to any suggestions to change the setup of the forum. There have been changes but none of the ideas for how we could overcome the inconveniences of captcha and spamnet are ever acceptable.
Somehow the thing struggles along still. It’s like a family gathering now. Sometimes cozy, sometimes scatty,sometimes prickly but generally good-natured and helpful.
I’ve been posting here 8 years I think, no wonder it all seems familiar to me.

I think Adam might have in mind: "Repetition with variation", for more endeavors than just harp playing :)
