That would be ‘major 7th’ tuning which is the term Suzuki use for a harp in which the 5 draw note is raised a semitone. Hohner call this ‘country tuning’. I’ve also seen it called ‘jazz tuning’.
It allows you to play major tunes in second position because you have the major 7th available. It makes 3rd position play like 2nd too.
I found it amazing how much difference that one small change makes.
You can still get the ‘normal’ note in 5 draw by bending.
