For anyone looking for "strict" guidance for beginners learning blues harmonica, I would look at "The Blues Harmonica Blueprint" offered by Annie Raines. With present discounts going on its like 17 bucks and change for the whole thing.
It comes all conveniently bundled in a program that has everything you need included (except the harmonica). She holds your hand throughout and keeps track of your progress automatically, includes tab and jam tracks, etc... Oh and she can play a mean harp too :)
